ACCEPTING REVISIONS

When you receive a document that has been edited with Track Changes enabled you will see the changes highlighted so you can accept or reject them.  To work through the changes you should first unprotect the document by clicking on Tools -> Unprotect Document and then display the Reviewing Toolbar by clicking on View -> Toolbars -> Reviewing.

Click the Next Change icon to move to the first revision and then click either the Accept Change or Reject Change icon to process each revision.  As you accept or reject the changes the highlighting will disappear until you have been through the whole document.
