PRINTING A WORD DOCUMENT
When you have typed some
text in your document, you can print it by clicking on the Print icon or by
clicking on the File drop-down menu and choosing Print. If
you click on the Print icon, Word will print immediately but if you use the File
menu you will be able to choose exactly what is printed, to which printer and
how many copies.
When you have used the File
menu and Print you will see the window below:

Choose the printer you want
to print to from the selection box at the top of window - click on the arrow to
the right of the box to see the printers available. You can also set the
number of copies and which pages to print.
Depending on your printer, clicking on the Properties button may bring up
other features such as the paper tray to be used, whether the document is to be
printed double-sided, and the quality of graphics. The Options button can be used to include or exclude certain
aspects of the document when it is printed, such as graphics.
