Editing Bullets

To change the style of your bullets, first highlight the bulleted list and then click on the Format drop-down menu and select Bullets and Numbering, you will now see the window below:

If you click on the Customize button you will be able to change the design of your bullets and the spacing of the indentation as below:

By clicking on the Bullet button you will open the Symbol window and can choose a different symbol for your bullets. The bullet position and text position boxes set the distance of the bullet and the text from the left margin respectively.

If you click on the Picture button at the bottom of the bullets section of the window above you can choose some graphical bullet shapes from Word's clipart:
