WordArt

Special text effects can be obtained by using the WordArt feature. If you click on the Insert drop-down menu and choose Picture and then WordArt  or click on the WordArt icon on the drawing toolbar you will see the WordArt Gallery as shown below .

Choose the style of WordArt you would like and you will then see a box where you can enter your text.

When you have entered your text (note you can change the font and size as well) click OK and your WordArt will appear in your document.

When you have inserted some WordArt you can click on it and drag the handles to resize it, you can double-click to edit the text or you can click your right mouse button over the WordArt and select Format WordArt from the menu that appears to change the fill colour, borders, etc.

WordArt can also be rotated like other AutoShape objects.
