Opening an Existing Presentation
As in many other applications, you can open several
presentations at the same time. The
active presentation appears on top of the others, and its title bar is
highlighted. As with all Windows
applications, the names of all the open presentation files are listed at the
bottom of the Window menu.
on the Standard toolbar at the top of the screen and then navigate to the file
you want to open or click on the File drop-down menu and choose Open.
If you click on the File drop-down menu you will see the four most recent
presentations you have opened towards the bottom of the menu, you can click on
one of these presentations to open it quickly.
