Copying SlidesYou should be in Slide Sorter View to copy slides. The easiest way to copy a slide is to click on the slide to select it and then hold down the Ctrl key while dragging the slide to the position where you want to place a copy. Alternatively, you can click to select a slide and then click on the Edit drop-down menu and choose Duplicate. A duplicate slide is placed next to the original one and this can then be dragged to the new position. Click here to return to the PowerPoint index. |
