Changing the Slide Colour SchemeBy applying a colour scheme you can easily change the colours in just one slide or all the slides in your presentation. If you do not want to apply the colour scheme to all your slides but do want to select more than one slide it is easiest to do this in Slide Sorter view. You can select multiple slides in Slide Sorter view by holding down your CTRL key while clicking on the slides you want to select. When you have selected the slides, click on the Format
drop-down menu and choose Slide Colour Scheme a window appears as shown
below
. Click on a colour
scheme on the left-hand side of the window and then either click the Apply to
All button to apply the scheme to all your slides or the Apply button
to apply the scheme to only the selected slides.
The colour schemes available depend on the design template you chose for
your presentation.
If you want a different set of colours you can customise one of the existing colour schemes. Click here to return to the PowerPoint index. |
