Receiving Contacts from Somebody ElseIf you receive an e-mail with a contact attached you can
open the contact by double-clicking on it or opening the attachment.
If you want to add the contact to your own Contacts folder, simply drag
it and drop it into the Contacts folder by dropping it on the Contacts shortcut
button or viewing the Folder List to drop it in another folder. If you want to save the contact for use outside of Outlook
you can open the attachment by double-clicking on it and then use the File
menu and Save As to save it in another form, e.g. a rich text file that
can be opened in an application like Microsoft Word. Click here to return to the Outlook index. |
