EXCELFreezing PanesTo keep the column and row headings in place while you scroll, click your cursor in the cell below the row of column headings you want to freeze and to the right of the column of row headings you want to freeze. Click on the Window drop-down menu and choose Freeze Panes, your row and column headings will now stay in place while you scroll down and across your data.
