Adding Items to a Chart
If you want to add extra text to
your chart, e.g. a sub-title or a box containing comments, then you can click on
the Text Box from the
Drawing toolbar and then drag out a box in the required position on your chart. When you have dragged the box to size you can simply type in your text
and then format it as you would for other text objects on the chart.
If you failed to set a title or want to remove the legend or add a data table then you will
need to return to the Options section of the Chart Wizard. The easiest way to do this is to click your right mouse
button over the white background of your completed chart and choose Chart
Options or click on the Chart drop-down menu and choose Chart
Options, this will display the window for setting the axes, legend,
data table, titles
and gridlines as described elsewhere.
